OUR MISSION

We provide one-on-one aviator training to anyone desiring to fly, whether if be for recreational purposes or those desiring a career as a commercial pilot.  We will teach you the finer points of aeronautical decision making, develop and hone your aviation skill set, and make you a safe aviator that can share your love of aviation with anyone.

Based out of Lebanon, Missouri, M & S Aviation is ideally situated to offer flight instruction that delivers results quickly with your safety and skill in mind. Our certified, experienced instructors incorporate modern technology along with well-maintained and easy-to-fly aircraft for a truly hassle-free flight experience. All of our programs are tailored to meet the schedule demands of a working professional.

KLBO, a class E airport situated between a class C airport to the southwest and a class D to the east, offers a valuable cost effective place to train.  This allows for quick access to hone skills with air traffic control, while the bulk of training is completed in less congested uncontrolled airfield.

We also offer aircraft rental services to students for training purposes and licensed pilots who meet eligibility requirements.

M & S Aviation is authorized by the Federal Aviation Administration to conduct flight training in accordance with federal aviation regulations part 61.

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

We teach all of our students not only to become mere pilots, but also to become aviators. This means learning to fly different types of airplanes in different types of conditions, and incorporating knowledge learned across the board to all flying situations.

COURSES WE TEACH

We can help you achieve your goals of earning your pilot certificate and ratings for the following: Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, Commercial Rating, Multi Engine Class add-on, Certified Flight Instructor, and Certified Flight Instructor Instrument.  Timelines for each rating vary per individual due to variables such as weather, finances, scheduling, skill set, and motivation.

We have 2 full time and 4 part time instructors that are available 7 days a week for one-on-one training.  They put you in the left seat of the cockpit from day 1 and incorporate ground school training before, during and after each flight lesson.
